Long procedure for issuing temporary access permits to 26 properties:

• The request for the permit is forwarded to the Tallinn Philharmonic by the access applicant at kliendyritused@mustpeademaja.ee at least 6 working days before the event.

• The Tallinn Philharmonic will issue a permit on the basis of a reasoned request no later than 5 working days before the event.

• The permit gives the right to enter the Old Town area of Tallinn, which is indicated in the permit, and to stop as close as possible to the property of the Tallinn Philharmonic to load and unload goods, services and/or people.

• The permit does not entitle the vehicle to park.

The application must state:

1. applicant's name

2. registry or personal identification number

3. the name and contact details of the responsible person

4. national vehicle registration number

5. justification of the request

6. the route through the pedestrian area

7. date and time of access to the property

The permit shall state:

1. permit number

2. access validity date and time

3. destination property address

4. the route through the pedestrian area

5. national vehicle registration number

6. justification for issuing the permit

The permit is issued free of charge to the applicant.
The license is digital.
