Tallinn Philharmonic Society processes personal data primarily for the performance of a public task, legal obligation or contract in accordance with the law and legislation issued on the basis thereof. When processing personal data, we are based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection), the Public Information Act , the Personal Data Protection Act, other legislation regulating data protection and the instructions of the Data Protection Inspectorate.In order to participate in events organized by the Tallinn Philharmonic, we process your personal data (name, e-mail address, phone number) in order to guarantee you a place at the event, send information related to the event and contact you in case of errors.If we want to use your data to send information about future events, we will ask for your consent in advance.
Please note that at public events of the Tallinn Philharmonic, there may be situations where photos are taken or the event is filmed. These recordings may be reflected publicly on the organization's website, in media channels, in print or in news about the event. Pursuant to § 11 of the Personal Data Protection Act, the notification obligation does not apply to public events, the recording of which can reasonably be expected for the purpose of disclosure. In the case of such photo and video materials, there may be a permanent retention period established by us.
